Thick Skull Adventures has released their first adventure, The Haunting of Larvik Island, for the 4th Edition of Dungeons and Dragons.Written by Stephen Newton for five 1st level characters, the adventure leads them into a treasure hunt for the last remaining treasure of the legendary Warlord Larvik that can only retrieved on his island once every 35 years.
The 48 page adventure includes a historical background of the island, detailed encounter notes, a summary of the important locations, NPCs and myths for GMs to fit the adventure into their own campaign setting.
The adventure also introduces over a dozen of new monsters and has illustration handouts done by Antoni Layos Tira.
The Haunting of Larvik Island is available as a PDF on RPGNow for $14.99 (now sold at a reduced price at $5.99) and a print version is distributed by Warpath Games.
